Silexion Therapeutics to Present at Noble Capital Markets' 21st Annual Emerging Growth Equity Conference

Silexion Therapeutics (SLXN) priced a $2.5 million public offering of 3.85 million ordinary shares and Series E warrants at $0.65 per share, with warrants exercisable at $0.65 and expiring in five years. Net proceeds will fund its Phase 2/3 SIL204 trial and general purposes. SLXN fell 31% to $1.03.

Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and Israeli biotech Silexion Therapeutics (Nasdaq: SLXN) announced a first-in-world clinical trial of SIL204, an siRNA therapy targeting KRAS mutations in pancreatic cancer. The study will enroll about 18 patients initially to assess safety, then expand, potentially to 166. SIL204 will be injected into tumors and combined with standard systemic treatment.

Silexion Therapeutics said Germany’s BfArM approved it to start a Phase 2/3 trial of SIL204 in locally advanced pancreatic cancer, following a positive ethics opinion from the North Rhine Medical Association. The company also has Israel approval. Site activation is underway, with first patient dosing expected in the coming weeks.

Kinder Morgan (KMI), Phillips 66 (PSX) and HF Sinclair (DINO) approved a $5 billion Western Gateway Pipeline System JV. The 1,300-mile project will move refined products to West Coast and Southwest markets, with Kinder Morgan owning 35.1%. Completion is expected in 2029; initial capacity is 230,000 bpd under 10-year take-or-pay contracts.

RTX subsidiary Collins Aerospace won a US Army contract worth up to $472m for engineering services to upgrade CH-47 Chinook avionics. The work is to support an open, modular avionics platform, addressing parts obsolescence and enabling integration of additional capabilities. Activities will be at Huntsville, Alabama and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Valion Bio (Nasdaq:VBIO) said AFRRI, under a contract with NIAID, is running U.S. government-funded studies of Entolimod for radiation-induced GI injury. A safety study is planned to start this week, followed by a therapeutic study with top-line data expected in early fall. The program aims to assess survival and GI recovery after lethal radiation doses.
