AerCap CEO said FAA certification of the 737 MAX 10 is vital for Boeing to improve the MAX family’s appeal. The FAA’s Bryan Bedford expects 737 MAX 7 and MAX 10 certification by end-2026, with 777X in 2027, citing added resources and more collaboration. Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg said MAX 7/MAX 10 programs are in final stages, with over 80% of flight tests done and deliveries planned next year.
