Terra Quantum AG and Axiom Intelligence Acquisition Corp 1 said they signed a definitive business combination agreement under which Terra Quantum will become a public company. The deal values Terra Quantum at about $3.5 billion equity (about $3.6 billion implied pro forma enterprise value) and the combined firm is expected to trade on Nasdaq as “TQ.” Closing is targeted for 2H 2026, subject to approvals and regulatory steps.
