BNY Sees Cross-Selling and AI Investments Fueling Its Next Growth Phase
BNY Mellon (BK) plans to drive growth through cross-selling and AI investments. Only one client uses all eight business lines, but those using at least three have risen over 60%. Organic growth was 4.5% in H1. The company is investing in AI, data, and technology, with Eliza platform aimed at improving client services and operations, not reducing headcount. Expense growth is expected to be 6%–7%.
