FedEx, UPS, DHL and other shippers that served as customs brokers for imported goods are beginning to pass U.S. tariff refunds to customers after the Supreme Court struck down broad Trump tariffs. About $100 billion has been refunded to payers under CBP’s process. FedEx said it will refund $800 million; UPS $5 billion paid and $500 million claimed; Amazon received $600 million in Q2.
