Dilip Buildcon (NSE: DBL, BSE: 540047) said its board approved divesting stakes in Mekhali Power Transmission Ltd and DBL Renewable Pvt Ltd to Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisors LLP and/or affiliates. The SPVs cover a 400 kV transmission project and a 1,363 MW AC solar portfolio. Total project cost is about Rs 8,400 crore. Definitive agreements are pending and subject to approvals.
