Dyadic International Develops Stable C1 Cell Lines and Produces Purified Scripps-Designed Bundibugyo Ebola Antigens from Plasmids in Approximately 15 Days
Dyadic International said it developed stable C1 cell line pools and produced two Scripps-designed Bundibugyo ebolavirus recombinant protein antigens from plasmids in about 15 days. The antigens were delivered to Fondazione Biotecnopolo di Siena and Scripps Research for preclinical evaluation for a potential non-mRNA vaccine. Dyadic also cited prior C1 antibody titers above 12 g/L in seven days.
