Elevra will receive $16m total plus a royalty if Wildcat defines a pegmatite resource, including A$5m cash, A$8m in Wildcat shares at $0.353, A$3m deferred cash, and contingent A$0.70/tonne.

The U.S. Defense Logistics Agency extended the bid deadline for a contract to supply battery-grade lithium carbonate for the National Defense Stockpile to Aug. 5 from July 30, after an initial July 17 deadline. The deal is worth up to $300 million for up to 16,167 tonnes over five years. Battery-grade prices fell to $19.25/kg from a mid-May peak of $25.15/kg, and supply is concentrated in China.

Elevra Lithium (NASDAQ:ELVR) reported June-quarter revenue of $31 billion and average realized price of $921 per tonne, with unit operating costs of $907 per tonne. Full-year unit operating costs were $853 per tonne, below revised guidance of $860 to $880. The company raised $207 million net from equity and $145 million CAD via convertible notes, funded NAL expansion, and expects higher shipping volumes.
