Varonis Systems (VRNS) rose 2.5% after Proofpoint agreed to acquire it for ~$6.3B. International Paper (IP) gained 7.4% on reports of potential bids for its European packaging business. CCC (CCC) will be acquired for ~$6.1B, Galderma (GALDY) will buy ZO Skin Health for $1.5B, and Bumble (BMBL) surged 57% on a $1.3B acquisition deal. IonQ (IONQ) is acquiring Elisity for up to $1.3B, and STERIS (STE) will buy Xodus Medical for $2.1B.

Galderma Group AG (GALD.SW, GALDY) will acquire ZO Skin Health from Blackstone Inc. (BX) for $1.5 billion, expected to close by early 2027. The deal will be funded through cash and bank financing, adding to Galderma's dermatological skincare portfolio. ZO Skin Health reported $330 million in net sales in the year ended June 2026.

Galderma Group (GDERF) said the EU approved Restylane Shaype, a hyaluronic acid injectable for temporary chin augmentation under the EU Medical Device Regulation. The company cited clinical results showing 83% improved structure at 3 months and 66% at 12 months. Galderma noted Restylane Shaype uses NASHA HD and that its stock closed at $228.55, up 3.91%.

Galderma said the U.S. FDA issued a Complete Response Letter for its BLA submission for relabotulinumtoxinA (Relfydess). The FDA cited manufacturing site inspection observations and requests to optimize analytical methods; Galderma said safety/efficacy sections had no deficiencies. Galderma plans corrective actions and continued FDA dialogue. GDERF shares closed at $238.05, up 12.95% Tuesday.
