ImmuCell announces new executive employment agreements and option grants
ImmuCell Corporation (NASDAQ:ICCC) has announced new employment agreements and stock option grants for CFO Timothy C. Fiori and SVP of Sales and Marketing Bobbi Jo Brockmann, effective January 27. The agreements include base salaries, performance-based annual cash bonuses, and stock options vesting over three years. Additionally, CEO Olivier te Boekhorst received a performance-based stock option grant contingent on significant net operating income growth for fiscal year 2025.
