ISG (Nasdaq: III) grows Q1 profit and wins $17M AI contract
Information Services Group (ISG) reported strong first-quarter 2026 results, with revenue up 3% to $61.2 million and adjusted EBITDA increasing 12% to $8.3 million. The company secured its largest-ever client contract, a multiyear agreement valued at up to $17 million, to manage $300 million in technology spending for an AI-powered transformation for a global manufacturer. ISG also provided an optimistic outlook for Q2 2026, targeting revenues between $62.5 million and $63.5 million and adjusted EBITDA between $8.0 million and $9.0 million.

Companies shift from fragmented customer tools to unified AI platforms
A new study by Information Services Group (ISG) indicates that companies are moving away from disparate customer experience management (CXM) tools towards unified platforms that leverage AI to orchestrate various functions for better customer engagement. The 2026 ISG Buyers Guides for CXM evaluated 42 software providers, highlighting the importance of AI in enhancing customer journey management, analytics, and knowledge management. Salesforce, NiCE, and Oracle were recognized as top overall leaders among established providers, while Exotel, CallMiner, and Forsta led among emerging providers.
