MIRA Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:MIRA) reported preclinical formulation results for its oral candidate MIRA-55 for chronic inflammatory pain. The company says a selected lead formulation showed favorable oral bioavailability with sustained exposure and reproducible distribution to brain and liver after oral dosing, supported by an IV reference arm. MIRA plans further preclinical work linking tissue exposure to pharmacodynamic activity.
