Its portfolio includes non-agency loans, agency-eligible loans, home equity loans, non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities and agency mortgage-backed securities, as well as legacy commercial loans and commercial mortgage-backed securities. It acquires and securitizes newly originated residential loans, sourcing them through Arc Home, in which it owns an approximate 66.0% interest, and third-party origination partners. TPG Mortgage Investment Trust earns income from interest on its investments, changes in the fair value of investments and hedges, and its investment in Arc Home. Arc Home originates and sells residential mortgage loans and earns servicing income from mortgage servicing rights. TPG Mortgage Investment Trust is externally managed by AG REIT Management, a TPG subsidiary, and has no employees. Its principal executive offices are in New York, New York.
