Ohmyhome (OHMY) shareholders approved a 50-to-1 share consolidation to meet Nasdaq's minimum bid-price requirement. The company, facing delisting, raised $3.63M in a direct offering. Its shares have fallen from $4 to $0.095 since its 2023 IPO. The consolidation aims to increase share price to $4.15 theoretically, with 99% voting in favor.
