Oruka Therapeutics Announces Closing of Merger with ARCA
Oruka Therapeutics announced the completion of its merger with ARCA biopharma and a $275 million private placement. The combined company, now trading on Nasdaq under "ORKA", aims to advance pipeline programs ORKA-001 and ORKA-002 for chronic skin diseases. Dr. Samarth Kulkarni has been appointed Chairman of Oruka’s Board of Directors.
