Pony.ai said its global autonomous driving testing and operations mileage exceeded 100 million km. The Nasdaq-listed company reported Q1 2026 revenue of 236 million yuan, up 145% YoY, with Robotaxi revenue up 395.4%. By May 2026 its Robotaxi fleet topped 1,700 vehicles, and it raised its year-end target to over 3,500. It also began mass production of its 4th-gen L4 autonomous heavy truck and started intensive testing of an L4 light truck.

According to Bamboo Works, about 52% of Dida’s shareholders agreed to sell their shares to Tongcheng, an online travel agent. The deal would give Tongcheng access to Dida’s market and Tongcheng’s 250 million registered users. Dida reported revenue down 36.2% to 502 million yuan and a stock drop since its 2024 IPO.

According to ARK’s published trades for July 24, 2026, ARK sold 718,303 shares of Figma Inc (FIG) for about $14.37M across ARKK and ARKW. It bought 361,253 shares of Scribe Therapeutics (SCTX) for about $5.42M and added to Compass Pathways (CMPS) for about $1.25M. It also sold ATAI Beckley (ATAI) and bought Kodiak AI (KDK), Pony AI (PONY), X-Energy (XE), and others.

Silver Pony Resources Corp. (CSE: CCC, OTC: CCCFF, FSE: BJ4) said its CSE conditional approval for a transaction with Silver Pony Trout Lake Resources Corp. led to conversion of all subscription receipts into 21.25M units. Each unit includes one post-20:1 consolidated share and half a warrant. Name change took effect July 13, 2026; trading symbol expected to become PONY after final CSE approval.
