POWERCOMPUTE, INC.

LM Funding America operates Bitcoin treasury, Bitcoin mining and specialty finance businesses. Through its wholly owned subsidiary US Digital, it uses computing power at mining sites in Oklahoma and Mississippi to mine Bitcoin and validate transactions on the Bitcoin network. It receives Bitcoin rewards and fees through mining pool operators, and sells Bitcoin from time to time to support operations and strategic growth, while also acquiring and holding Bitcoin as treasury assets. In specialty finance, LM Funding America serves nonprofit community associations, focusing entirely on Florida. It purchases rights to portions of proceeds from delinquent association assessments, then works with law firms to collect the accounts; it also offers its New Neighbor Guaranty program, exchanging payments of monthly dues on delinquent units for substantially all related outstanding indebtedness and accruals. The company also developed proprietary software to service accounts.
