Ready Capital is a multi-strategy real estate finance company that originates, acquires, finances and services loans and other real estate-related investments. Its borrowers include businesses financing property used in their operations and investors acquiring multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use or warehouse properties. The company operates two segments: LMM Commercial Real Estate and Small Business Lending. Through ReadyCap Commercial and Ready Capital Affordable, Ready Capital provides construction, bridge, fixed-rate and multifamily financing, including affordable-housing financing, and acquires LMM loans. It holds some loans, sells qualifying Freddie Mac multifamily loans, and places loans into securitizations. Through ReadyCap Lending, ReadyCap Commercial and iBusiness Funding, it originates, acquires and services SBA-guaranteed, USDA and other small-business loans. It earns interest on retained loans and proceeds from loan sales, including sale premiums and servicing fees. Ready Capital is headquartered in New York, New York.
