Rockwell Automation (ROK) launched TechConnectIQ Support, a 24/7 remote service for industrial automation systems. It aims to reduce downtime and improve productivity, initially for North American single-site contract customers. The service offers real-time expert access, data visibility, and AI tools. ROK shares are down 0.10% at $431.31.

Vontier (NYSE:VNT) reported $756.7M revenue, down 2.2% YoY, beating expectations and raising guidance. Rockwell Automation (NYSE:ROK) reported $2.31B revenue, up 7.9% YoY, beating expectations. EMR and VNT stocks are down 1.8% and 2.4% since reporting, respectively, while ROK is down 9.4%.

Multiple Canadian-listed energy and mining stocks hit 52-week highs. ARC Resources reached $33.74; it reported Q2 net income of $353M vs $396.1M a year earlier. Condor Energies rose to $4.22 on a 17,925 boe/d production record. Cenovus hit $44.68 after Q2 results and raised guidance. Other names cited include K2 Gold, MiniLuxe, P2 Gold, ROK Resources, Surge, Tidewater Midstream, Whitecap and Yangarra.

Rockwell Automation said it is collaborating with Türkiye poultry processor Beypiliç on a new poultry/meat processing facility safety project. Beypiliç is deploying a facility-wide solution to prevent unauthorized access to electrical control panels and support safer maintenance and regulatory compliance, with AB Market handling local design and execution. About 2,000 Allen-Bradley 440N Ferrogard GD2 interlock switches were installed.

Rockwell Automation (ROK) said it expanded AI-led quality integration by linking its Plex Quality Management System with FactoryTalk Analytics VisionAI, extending visual inspection across existing camera systems. The company also targets 2026 sales of about $9.0B and diluted EPS of $12.72 to $13.02, and projects $10.3B revenue and $1.8B earnings by 2029.

Rockwell Automation reported FY2026 Q2 updates on software-driven industrial control platforms, including faster AI model deployment to plant floors and double-digit growth in its Logix PLC platform. It cited deployments such as ATS Automation’s Texas AI data center, Subaru of Indiana using OTTO robots, and work for NASA Artemis II. RGBT.

Cranswick commissioned a fully robotic end-of-line packaging system to replace manual sausage pick-and-place on its Christmas line. According to Rockwell Automation, using autonox delta robots with Allen-Bradley motion and GuardLogix 5380 safety control, the system reaches 240 pick-and-place cycles per minute. CWM Automation delivered the system, and workers were redeployed to other roles.

Rockwell Automation said it integrated Plex QMS with FactoryTalk Analytics VisionAI to add AI-based visual inspection. Using an API connection, inspection results can flow into Plex for traceability, product serialization, and inspection records, supporting new and existing cameras. Rockwell also cited plans to expand AI across its manufacturing software portfolio.

Investing.com reports Rockwell Automation shares rose about 3% to $448.02, after the company announced an API-enabled integration linking its Plex Quality Management System with FactoryTalk Analytics VisionAI for AI-based defect detection and quality inspections. The move comes ahead of an Aug. 17, 2026 ex-dividend date and $1.38/share cash dividend, following an Aug. 4 post-earnings drop.
