Bloomberg, via Investing.com, reports that metals trader Radiant World agreed to sell a stockpile of aluminum to STG Group to raise liquidity. The deal follows pressure on Radiant World after reports that some banks and counterparties reduced dealings over alleged falsified documents, which the firm denies. Radiant World previously offered about 38,000 tons at a discount.

The expected price is C$7.80 to C$9.10 per share, targeting C$100 million gross proceeds, or C$115 million with an over-allotment. Underwriters include Raymond James, National Bank, Scotiabank, and BTG.

STG Logistics agreed to a New Jersey settlement over alleged drayage driver misclassification, with total cash of $2.775 million. According to the NJ Attorney General and Labor Department, $2.2 million goes to drivers and $555,000 to the state. The settlement totals about $80.9 million, much of which is expected to be absorbed in STG’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
