Starling Oncology, Inc.

The Oncology Institute (TOI) provides outpatient cancer care and related services to adult and senior patients, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercially insured populations. It operates through physician-owned affiliated practices and a network of independent clinics and providers across five states. Its services include medical oncology, hematology, infusion and radiation therapy, oral and specialty pharmacy, clinical trials, and palliative care. TOI serves patients through fee-for-service care and value-based contracts with payors and other risk-bearing entities. Fee-for-service services are billed for care provided, while value-based arrangements typically pay a fixed per-member amount for managing oncology care; some contracts share gains or losses against cost and quality measures. Under full-delegation contracts, TOI also manages services such as network administration, utilization management, and claims adjudication. Its corporate office is in Cerritos, California.
