Panmure Liberum downgraded Trustpilot Group PLC (LSE:TRST) to hold from buy, citing valuation after a share surge and continued volatility. It raised its target to 250p from 235p, below the 259.8p share price. The broker noted 1H bookings +18% and revenue +2.1% ahead, but weaker UK growth and forecast trimming for 2027.

Trustpilot Group (LON:TRST) shares fell about 10% after the company reaffirmed full-year guidance without raising targets. It expects high-teens revenue growth and a 2-3 point YoY increase in adjusted core profit margin. First-half bookings were $171 million and revenue $151 million, both modestly above consensus, with North America bookings up 27%.
