Rumbaugh Grilled By Lawmakers Over DMV Modernization Contract
West Virginia lawmakers questioned Todd Rumbaugh, cabinet secretary of the state Department of Transportation, about a DMV modernization contract. The project would move the DMV off an aging mainframe by Jan. 1, 2028. Rumbaugh said a $63.5 million winning bid was awarded but remains under review.
