Vicapsys Life Sciences (VICP) completed a reverse merger with Stateline Distributors, a Puerto Rico-based pharmaceutical wholesaler, and acquired NitroMist, a nitroglycerin product, for a $2.0 million convertible note. The company plans to acquire a 120,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Puerto Rico to produce NitroMist and other products, aiming to serve federal and tribal markets.
