Versamet Royalties Corporation (NASDAQ: VMET, TSX: VMET) reported Q2 2026 results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Revenue rose to $23.7M (up 392% YoY) and attributable gold equivalent ounces to 5,255 (up 256%). Net income was $4.9M and adjusted EBITDA $18.8M. The company also acquired an Eskay Creek gold stream and updated asset production and project milestones.

Equinox Gold Corp. (TSX: EQX, NYSE American: EQX) says it sold 8,713,000 common shares of Versamet Royalties Corp. in a block trade with National Bank Financial for gross proceeds of C$130 million. Its stake fell from about 10.7% (11,617,915 shares) to about 2.7% (2,904,915). Versamet’s right of first offer and an investor rights agreement were terminated.

Equinox Gold Corp. (TSX: EQX, NYSE American: EQX) says it sold 8,713,000 shares of Versamet Royalties Corp. via a block trade with National Bank Financial for gross proceeds of C$130 million. Equinox Gold’s stake fell from about 10.7% to 2.7%. Versamet’s right of first offer and an investor rights agreement were terminated.
