The company targets $3.6M in annual savings by Q4 2026 and projects $1.5M-$3.0M from EEG initiatives, $3.5M from remote monitoring by Q1 2027, and $2.4M-$5.6M from payer contract renegotiations. Management aims for positive cash flow by late 2026 and profitability in 2027.
