It narrowed full-year Core AFFO guidance to $7.38–$7.62 and said new-lease pricing fell 5.3%. W. P. Carey (WPC) reported Q2 AFFO of $1.34, raised its dividend to $0.940, and lifted/narrowed full-year AFFO guidance to $5.19–$5.27.
