Lithia reports Q3 earnings beat and raises quarterly dividend

Lithia & Driveway reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $9.95B, GAAP diluted EPS of $13.22, up 54% year over year, and adjusted diluted EPS of $10.34, up 9%. The automotive retailer raised its quarterly dividend 7% to $0.75 per share and repurchased $85M of stock during the quarter. Bryan DeBoer was appointed chairman while retaining his roles as president and CEO.

The dividend increase raises Lithia’s per-share cash distribution, while the buyback reduces its share count. The company said the lower share count magnified earnings per share.
