Strive establishes $1 billion ATM program for preferred stock

Strive announced on October 26, 2026 that it entered an agreement allowing sales of up to $1.0 billion of its 15.00% Series A Perpetual preferred stock. The company said proceeds may support bitcoin and bitcoin-related acquisitions, working capital, income-generating assets, capital spending, repurchases, dividends, acquisitions, or debt repayment. Strive Asset Management manages over $2.8 billion in assets.

The facility gives Strive access to additional capital without requiring a single immediate issuance of the full amount. Issuing additional preferred stock could increase financing capacity while creating potential dilution and dividend obligations for the company.
