Elevra Lithium signs three‑year spodumene concentrate supply deal with LG Energy Solution

North American lithium producer Elevra Lithium Limited announced a binding agreement with battery maker LG Energy Solution to deliver spodumene concentrate from its Quebec operation. The contract covers a total of 240,000 dry metric tonnes over three years, beginning with shipments in 2026. The deal includes an optional uplift of up to 90,000 dmt and uses market‑linked pricing tied to lithium content. Elevra’s CEO Lucas Dow said the partnership secures a strategic customer and diversifies the company’s sales base.

The agreement guarantees Elevra a committed off‑take for a substantial portion of its North American Lithium output, which should support cash flow and reduce sales volatility. The market‑linked pricing lets Elevra benefit from price movements while retaining exposure to the spodumene market.
