Amdocs posts fiscal 2026 results and guides to steep fiscal 2027 revenue decline

Amdocs reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $1,194 million, up 3.8% as reported, and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.98 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Fiscal 2027 revenue guidance calls for a 14.3%-17.9% year-over-year decline as reported, or a 7%-11% pro forma constant-currency decline. The company attributed the conservative outlook partly to contract disputes with T-Mobile, while announcing an eight-year AT&T agreement, additional aOS deals and the acquisition of EIS to enter insurance.

The guidance points to materially lower near-term revenue and creates uncertainty around Amdocs' T-Mobile agreements, which each party has threatened to terminate or litigate. Amdocs says its aOS strategy and insurance expansion are intended to support longer-term growth, but those benefits do not offset the fiscal 2027 outlook mechanically.
