Edgewise Therapeutics reports Q3 2026 results and initiates two cardiovascular trials

Edgewise Therapeutics announced its third‑quarter 2026 financial results and said it will start a Phase 3 study of EDG‑7500 in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy by the end of 2026. The company also reported the first patient dose in the Phase 2 EQUINOX‑HFpEF trial of EDG‑15400 for heart‑failure with preserved ejection fraction. The quarter featured a $1.348 billion gain from the sale of its sevasemten program to Servier, boosting cash and marketable securities to roughly $1.744 billion.
