NewGen Enters Into an Innovative Digital Assets Purchase Agreement with White Lion to Acquire up to 600,000 Solana Tokens Valued at Over $110 Million

NewGenIvf Group (NIVF) said it agreed to buy an additional 3% equity stake in K25.ai for $250 million, raising its total ownership to 13%. The deal is expected to issue about 2.5 million Class A ordinary shares. NIVF was indicated at $1.07 in pre-market, down 4.46% on Nasdaq.

WIA Gold said it signed indicative terms with Sprott Resource Lending to arrange $360m in construction debt for its Kokoseb gold project in Namibia, plus Sprott’s planned $15m purchase of WIA scrip in a future equity raise, subject to due diligence. WIA reported a definitive feasibility study forecasting 150,000 oz/y, 1.84m oz over 14 years, with $475m total capex and a 29% higher resource to 3.78m oz, using a $3,600/oz gold price.

Boeing said the U.S. Air Force awarded a $75 million undefinitized contract action to start initial production of the BSU-111/B payload delivery unit for the JDAM LR (GBU-75). Boeing said initial deliveries will go to the U.S. Navy. The BSU-111/B adds a wing-and-engine kit to extend range beyond 300 nautical miles, according to Boeing.

Taylor Farms is recalling about 20 fresh jalapeno-containing products, including dips, sandwiches, guacamole and sliced jalapenos, across 26 US states after a salmonella outbreak. The company said it has not identified illnesses linked to the products, but traced the source to a grower in Sinaloa, Mexico, and is switching suppliers. Retailers include Walmart, Target and Whole Foods.

Baker Hughes said it won a contract from Searah North Ganal Ltd., a JV of Eni and PETRONAS, to supply subsea production systems and digital technologies for Indonesia’s Kutei Northern Hub gas project. It will provide 17 deepwater horizontal subsea trees plus manifolds, controls and distribution equipment, and use its Cordant monitoring platform. The hub targets LNG and gas output from Geng North and Gehem fields.
