Fermi Inc. (NASDAQ:FRMI) said it executed a binding 222 MW turnkey data center lease with TensorWave TEX1 at its Project Matador campus in Texas. The phase one lease runs 15 years and is expected to generate about $6.5 billion in contracted revenue. Expansion rights could lift the partnership above 650 MW, with delivery starting in 2H 2027.

Nvidia said it will partner with a lender consortium including Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR to create financing vehicles totaling more than $500 billion for AI infrastructure. Nvidia links the plan to customer access to compute and its DSX datacenter design. The company has recently backstopped customer lending and used its balance sheet for deals such as with OpenAI. Nvidia shares fell on the news.

Dzyne Technologies, an Irvine-based unit of Ondas Technologies, received a $6 million U.S. Air Force contract to develop the Long-Range Grasshopper aerial delivery system, according to Ondas. The system targets extended-range logistics in contested and austere environments. Ondas said the work will be integrated into its Ondas Sentinel platform.

The 15-year deal with TensorWave TEX1, LLC covers 222 MW and is expected to generate about $6.5B in contracted revenue, with deliveries starting in phases in H2 2027.
