Emergency trauma gear brand My Medic bought for $18.7M by Acme United
Acme United Corporation (NYSE American: ACU) has acquired the assets of My Medic, a supplier of tactical, trauma, and emergency response products, for $18.7 million. My Medic, which generated approximately $19 million in revenue in 2025 and boasts over 500,000 social media followers, will expand Acme United's direct-to-consumer presence. The acquisition includes partial an earnout contingent on future revenue and an indemnity holdback.
