Burlington, the third-largest off-price retailer, is in talks to lease 23,000 sq ft in Denver's 16th Street Mall, pending $3.4M in public funding. The deal is contingent on improvements by the Denver Downtown Development Authority. Burlington reported $3B in Q2 2026 revenue, up 11% YoY. The space was last occupied by Jason’s Deli, Aveda Institute, Visit Denver, and Starbucks.
