Cerebras Has a $25.4 Billion Backlog, and One OpenAI Agreement Is Behind Much of It
Cerebras Systems reported Q2 adjusted revenue of $209.9M, up 103% YoY, with a $25.4B backlog driven by an OpenAI agreement. The company raised its full-year outlook to $880M-$890M. OpenAI's deal accounts for most of the backlog, with revenue recognition expected over several years. Cerebras' stock is down 44% from its 52-week high, trading at a market cap of ~$51B.
