Ambiq Reveals 12nm SPOT® Platform Enabling Operation Down to 300mV for Atomiq™
Ambiq has unveiled technical details of its upcoming Atomiq™ SoC, built on a new 12nm SPOT® platform using the TSMC N12e® process. This platform introduces an Ultra-Low-Power (ULP) mode capable of operating as low as 300mV, the lowest in Ambiq's history, targeting enhanced energy efficiency for edge AI applications. Production of Atomiq110 samples is scheduled for 2027, with the innovation resulting from refined SPOT technology and architectural advancements.
