Ex-SCYNEXIS CFO who raised $300M joins CERo cancer board
CERo Therapeutics (OTCQB: CERO) has appointed Eric Francois, a biotechnology finance veteran with over 25 years of experience, to its Board of Directors. Francois previously served as CFO of SCYNEXIS, where he raised over $300 million, and also held senior banking positions. His expertise in capital raising, M&A, and business development is expected to significantly contribute to CERo's cellular immunotherapy programs and ongoing human clinical trials for cancer treatment.
