Kodiak’s business focuses on developing product candidates, seeking regulatory approval and commercializing them. It retains global rights to make, use and sell its candidates. The company also advances VETi, an AI- and machine-learning-enabled wearable headset for applications in retina care, identity security and cognitive sciences. Its commercial-scale drug substance manufacturing facility, Ursus, was custom-designed and built in collaboration with Lonza. Kodiak is headquartered in Palo Alto, California.
