Brookfield-backed CSquare’s IPO missed target by $300M
CSquare, a data center operator backed by Brookfield, priced its IPO at $21 per share, selling 50 million shares for $1.05 billion, $300 million below its marketed target. Shares were marketed at $23 to $27. The offering values CSquare at about $3.25 billion. CSquare plans to repay $771 million of credit plus a $75 million Brookfield note.
