Rocket One Inc. (RKTO) has agreed to acquire Tracer Drone Technologies, a provider of drone solutions for public safety and enterprise markets. The deal, subject to closing conditions, will add revenue-generating drone sales, services, and training capabilities to Rocket One's portfolio, expanding its presence in AI, defense, and counter-UAS technologies.

Rocket One Inc. (NASDAQ:RKTO) launched Swarm Stage AI, a drone-swarm threat emulation platform for U.S. military and defense C-UAS training, testing and evaluation. Hoth Therapeutics secured regulatory authorization in Spain for its Phase 2a CLEER trial of HT-001 and reported positive interim data. The trial showed HT-001 met its primary efficacy endpoint by Week 6, with over 65% of patients experiencing reduced pain and itching. Importantly, no patients required dose reductions or discontinuations of their EGFR inhibitor cancer therapy, highlighting HT-001's potential to improve treatment tolerability.
