The stock has surged 330% over the past year, with memory packaging now 51% of revenue. The company is expanding capacity for DDR5 and AI-related products, aiming for 2027-2028 revenue growth. Analysts expect earnings to rise significantly in 2026 and 2027, with a consensus target slightly below the current price.
