Lithium Africa said it will nominate John Kanellitsas and Ernie Ortiz as directors for its Aug. 21 AGM, and that Robert Eckford will not seek re-election. Tyron Breytenbach, who left the board July 1, will remain as capital markets adviser. Ortiz led Lithium Royalty’s 2023 TSX IPO raising C$150 million and its March acquisition by Altius Minerals.
