Pulmatrix to acquire Eos SENOLYTIX in $19M anti-aging deal
Pulmatrix, Inc. has announced a definitive merger agreement to acquire Eos SENOLYTIX, Inc. in a $19 million deal. The combined entity will operate as Eos SENOLYTIX, Inc., trading on Nasdaq under "EOSX," and will focus on developing peptide therapies for aging-related diseases, particularly sarcopenia, through Eos’s MitoXcel platform. The transaction, which includes concurrent private financings, is subject to stockholder approval and regulatory requirements and is expected to close in mid-2026.
