Alzheimer's drug trial enrolls 144 patients with no serious side effects
ProMIS Neurosciences (Nasdaq: PMN) has successfully completed enrollment for its PRECISE-AD Phase 1b clinical trial, with 144 Alzheimer's patients, surpassing the target of 128. The drug candidate, PMN310, has shown a favorable safety profile with no treatment-related serious adverse events reported to date. The company also secured $75.5 million in upfront financing, providing a cash runway through 2027.
