Savannah Resources Plc (AIM: SAV) provided a financing and commercialization update for its Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal. It said a Portuguese State grant of up to €110m (awarded Jan 2026) and advancing project finance could fund construction. Savannah reported first non-binding bank offers, talks with KfW and Euler Hermes on a German guarantee, and offtake discussions including AMG plus by-product LOIs. It also assessed a dual regulated listing.
