This initiative, agreed upon with the Ministry of Science and ICT, aims to protect communication rights and is expected to benefit 7.17 million users, saving them 322.1 billion won annually. Additionally, the government will mandate expanded voice and text allowances for elderly users (65 and older) with limited service plans.
