SNTI: SENTI-202 achieved 50% ORR and 42% CR/CRh with excellent safety in R/R AML Phase 1 trial
SENTI-202, an off-the-shelf logic-gated CAR-NK cell therapy developed by Senti Biosciences (SNTI), demonstrated significant efficacy in a Phase 1 trial for high-risk relapsed/refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia (R/R AML) patients. The therapy achieved a 50% overall response rate (ORR) and a 42% complete remission/complete remission with partial hematologic recovery (CR/CRh), with all CRs being MRD-negative, alongside strong safety. Senti Biosciences plans a pivotal trial for 2026 and intends to expand the platform into solid tumors.
