Telkom puts $2.8b value on second-phase fibre carve-out to Infranexia
PT Telkom Indonesia proposed a second-phase carve-out of its Phase 2 Wholesale Fiber Connectivity Business to its infrastructure unit PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (Infranexia/TIF) in a non-cash deal valued at 49.86 trillion rupiah ($2.8b). TIF will issue 498.58m shares to Telkom. Shareholder vote is set for Sept. 30. The segment generated 22.72t rupiah revenue in 2025 and 11.79t rupiah profit.
